Man sentenced for choking woman

A man who choked a 90-year old woman inside her San Luis Obispo home back in 2009 was sentenced Wednesday to 13 years in state prison.
In April 2013, Brennan Fulfer pleaded no contest to attempted murder.
Police say he confessed to breaking into Mildred Maddelein's home and attacking her.
She survived the attack.
