    Camp Roberts to conduct controlled burn Tuesday

    People in San Miguel and Paso Robles may see smoke Tuesday.

    A spokesperson from Camp Roberts Fire says crews will ignite brush for a controlled burn between 10 a.m. and 11 a.m. and smoke may be seen in the area. The burn will last through 4 p.m.

    Atascadero Fire, CAL FIRE respond to brush fire off Highway 101

    CAL FIRE confirms it sent one engine to assist Atascadero Fire Department at a brush fire on the side of the highway.

    The fire started around 11:40 a.m. on Highway 101 North at Del Rio Road.

    At least 8 people displaced after fire in Goleta

    The Santa Barbara County Fire Department says at least eight people have been displaced after a fire broke out in their apartment building Tuesday morning in Goleta.

    Fire near Lake Nacimiento chars 70 acres

    The fire that started as a controlled burn near Lake Nacimiento charred 70 acres before firefighters were able to knock down the flames.

    CAL FIRE: Fire burning west of Paso Robles is well within planned burn lines

    CAL FIRE says the fire burning west of Paso Robles off Chimney Rock Road that started as a controlled burn has now charred about 45 acres.

    Firefighters are battling two brush fires that started in San Luis Obispo County Tuesday afternoon.

    Brush fire spreads 20 acres west of Paso Robles

    CAL FIRE says the fire burning in brush on a private ranch west of Paso Robles has now spread to 20 acres.

    The fire started just before 1:30p.m. in the Las Tablas area off Chimney Rock Road.

    Brush fire burning on private ranch west of Paso Robles

    CAL FIRE says at least 75 firefighters are battling a brush fire on a private ranch west of Paso Robles.

    The fire started just before 1:30p.m. on Bonnheim Ranch in the Las Tablas area. The land owner had called the fire station to report that the fire was burning out of control. No word yet how many acres have burned.

    Firefighters responding to house fire in Santa Maria

    The Santa Maria Fire Department and Santa Maria Police Department are responding to a house fire.

    The fire started just before 8:00a.m. In the 400 block of South Lincoln in an apartment building.
