Accident involving school bus, pedestrian

The California Highway Patrol responded to a report of an accident involving a school bus and pedestrian in Santa Maria this afternoon.

It happened around 3 p.m. at Santa Maria Way and Sunrise Drive.

The CHP says children were on the bus at the time, but that no children were hurt and that the pedestrian's injuries appeared to be minor.
