Police in Paso Robles say they've figured out who is behind four drive-by shootings in the city.

Officers and sheriff's deputies arrested 20-year-old Paso Robles resident Jacob Shearer, pictured, last week.

They say he and 20-year-old Oscar Torres, not pictured, opened fire at four homes on March 3.

No one was hurt, but homes and some vehicles were damaged.

Police say the motive is unclear, but they do say the men knew three of the four victims.

Shearer remains in jail, and Torres was released while the district attorney's office takes a look at his case.
