Overnight fog and a marine layer are expected tonight. Warm weather will continue into Monday. However, temperatures will be slightly cooler, by about 5 degrees, coming off the weekend. Monday night into Tuesday morning, a weakening cold front will move through the area bringing a 20 percent chance of morning showers to the coastal areas of northern San Luis Obispo County. Temperatures will drop on Tuesday due to a low pressure system. This system will produce more clouds, gale force winds and seas up to 14 feet Tuesday into Wednesday. Winds are forecasted to range between 15-25 mph, gusting up to 35 mph, in the afternoon. By Wednesday and Thursday, temperatures will warm again before another low pressure system moves through the region over the weekend, bringing cooler weather.
