Building floods in Lompoc

The Lompoc Fire Department says a carpet warehouse flooded Sunday morning.

It happened in the 100 block of of West Ocean Avenue around 8 am. Fire officials say one of the city's water pipes ruptured in an alley and caused flooding to the building.

The Water Department and Lompoc Fire Department were able to shut the pipe down, but there was significant water damage to the building.
