While the rates of depression among cancer survivors are similar to those of the general population, they are significantly more likely to experience anxiety.
A new study published in The Lancet reveals cancer survivors have a 50% increased risk for anxiety ten years after they are diagnosed.
They're not alone. Partners often experience more anxiety than survivors.
