(WNYT) An historic piece of downtown Albany, New York came down this weekend in a colorful display of smoke and fireworks.
The lifespan of Albany's Wellington Annex ended abruptly Saturday morning with fanfare, nostalgia and pure amazement.
The building was taken down to make way for a new 80,000-square foot convention center.
