CHP on scene of a fatal crash on Hwy 46

The California Highway Patrol is on scene of a fatal crash on Highway 46 east near Whitley Gardens Bridge.
Initial reports show 2 cars collided with a semi-truck.
The CHP has issued a SigAlert for the area. People traveling through the area are asked to use an alternate route.
