CHP: one person dead, four others hospitalized after car accident near Cuesta College

California Highway Patrol officers say one person is dead and four others are in the hospital after a single vehicle rollover crash near Cuesta College Sunday morning.

They say the crash happened around 8:49 a.m. A red jeep rolled over on Highway 1 close to the college.

Cal Fire and the CHP say extrication was required. No names have been released at this time. They say the four people were taken to a local hospital, and they're still there now.
