CIF releases final polls of the season for winter sports

The CIF-Southern Section released the final coaches polls of the season in the last 24 hours. The Valley Christian Academy girls basketball team finished the regular season as the top-ranked team in Division 6. The San Luis Obispo girls basketball team climbed to #4 and St. Joseph finished at #3 in their divisions. The St. Joseph and Mission Prep boys basketball teams are the highest ranked boys squads at #3 in their divisions. The Pac 7 League champion Righetti boys soccer team climbed into the top 10 for the first time this season at #5, while Santa Ynez and Cabrillo girls finished 8th and 9th in Division 5.
