Morning lows were about 10 degrees below normal this morning, but not records.

To break records SLO would have to get to 24 which was the low in 2007, Santa Maria 25, Paso Robles, 16 and Goleta 25.

Here are the lows reported this morning:

MORRO BAY 37
PASO ROBLES 25
PISMO BEACH 33
PORT SAN LUIS 40
SLO AIRPORT 29
SLO - CAL POLY 32
NEW CUYAMA 24
LOMPOC 28
GOLETA 31
SBA CITY FD 36
SANTA MARIA 29
SANTA YNEZ 28

So, close but not quite. It'll be cold again tonight and another advisory has been posted for the Central and Southcoast (and Santa Ynez Valley) but rather than the more severe 'freeze warning' it is a frost advisory. The good news is that warmer temperatures are developing this week.
