A low pressure system still spinning off the coast continues to give us a chance of rain through Friday.
The best chance for rain and best chance for higher additional rain amounts will be in southern Santa Barbara county where another .25-.50" is possible, while the Central Coast will only see generally light amounts into Saturday (.25" on the high side).
That said the system has already provided between .25-.50" for the Central Coast and Goleta on the Southcoast even picked up about 1.5" A complete list of totals can be found elsewhere here on KSBY.com and on my weather blog.
The low pressure system which is giving us this rain moves through southern CA on Friday afternoon so rain should begin to wrap up late Friday, though I will carry a very light chance in early Saturday. Otherwise our attention can be focused on the next system dropping in from the Pacific NW for late Saturday night into Sunday. There is minor chance of showers along with that front however the main emphasis there will be much cooler air and breezy conditions. Highs will drop into the 50s and low 60s and stay that way into the middle of next week.
