Dealing with stressed-out teens

Stress levels tend to boil over during the teenage years.

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention offers parents some tips on dealing with teens.

These include paying attention to their behavior, showing an interest in their school and extracurricular activities, complimenting your teen, and reminding him or her you are proud of them.

If you think your teen may need professional help, talk to your pediatrician.
