Firestone Walker Brewery is celebrating it's 16th anniversary with what else, an anniversary ale. It's a blend of eight barrel-aged beers created with help from 10 friends in the local winemaking community.
The beer will be officially unveiled at a release party at the brewery in Paso Robles this Saturday, November 3 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. The anniversary ale will also be available for purchase at Firestone Walker's Taproom in Buellton starting on Saturday.
Firestone Walker's annual anniversary ales have become sought-after releases in the craft beer industry. Crowds gather for the release parties. In previous years, the line has started forming as early as 9 a.m., so guests are advised to arrive early.
Admission to the party comes with the purchase of three or more bottles of the anniversary ale (up to six maximum per person). The party includes live music, beer tasting, and food samples. For more information, click here.
