Four local mothers who lost their babies are gathering to walk in remembrance this weekend.
They are participating in the March of Dimes walk in Vacaville Saturday morning.
The March of Dimes was established by President Franklin D. Roosevelt to fight polio. The focus has now shifted to research to save thousands of babies.
The women want to raise awareness and turn their grief into hope.
Two of the women lost their children four months apart. Since then both have had newborns.
