Headache experts at Georgetown University blame a change in schedule, eating and drinking habits, and an increase in responsibilities.
Doctors suggest trying to get extra rest before busy weekends or traveling.
Have a glass of water for every alcoholic beverage you consume.
And if you don't have time to get to the gym, try simple neck stretches and warm showers to ease muscle tension.
