If you're looking to get healthier or start a new workout routine, you can get some help this weekend.
It's the Health and Fitness Expo at the Madonna Expo Center on Saturday and Sunday.
The event is free to attend.
Hospitals, doctors, dentists, chiropractors, fitness studios, and other health professionals will be at the event.
"We have over 100 local health, fitness, and wellness professionals, and they're showing off all their products and services to help everyone in the community jump start their lifestyle and get into the groove again," said Katrina Faris, the Marketing Assistant for the event.
There will also be seminars, group performances, and free medical testing throughout the day.
A 5K run was held Saturday morning, and event organizers say it raised over $3000 for local community health centers.
The event continues Sunday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
