The cold air which has gripped the nights and afternoons since this weekend will finally begin to shift to the east. Wednesday highs will rebound into the upper 60s and some lower 70s and continue to warm a little into Saturday before onshore flow returns Sunday for a fast drop in temps.
No really good opportunities for rain thru the end of the month. That is a concern since the are has only about 55% to 77% of normal and the best numbers are along the Santa Barbara Southcoast.
