Holiday Sing-a-long set for Dec 16th at Clark Center

5th Annual Rotary Community Christmas & Holiday Sing-Along at Arroyo Grande's Clark Center is set for December 16th.

The 5th Annual Christmas and Holiday Concert and Sing-Along is sponsored by the Arroyo Grande Rotary Club. This December's show is entitled "Joy to the World" and will offer a glimpse into holiday cultures from around the globe. This international themed show will feature the Village Carolers of Studio Sing, Sing, Sing, the Central Coast Celebration Chorus, Big Rock Balalaikas, the Coastal Christian School Children's Chorus, the Grande Bell Ringers from the Arroyo Grande United Methodist Church, the Chrome Addicts Steel Drum Duo, and the Claddagh Irish Dancers. As always, arrangements have once again been made for a special appearance by Santa Claus and free goodies in the lobby at the end of the show.

Net proceeds from this event are donated annually to the music and arts programs of various South County schools. Proceeds from the 2011 Sing-Along purchased professional music folders for the AG High School Choir, will fund the Everyday Etudes program from SLO Symphony Education Outreach for the Dorothea Lange Elementary School and will provide special instrumental instructors for Mesa Middle Schoolers.

Tickets for the Christmas and Holiday Sing-Along are only $12.00 for adults and $6.00 for children & students and are now available from the Clark Center Box Office at 489-9444 or www.clarkcenter.org. Special family discount pricing (in advance only) allows up to six family members to attend for only $30.
