High pressure aloft and gusty offshore at times through Thursday will bring hot and dry weather to the area. Coastal valleys and interior valleys can expect 90s into Friday, it will remain very warm on Friday but winds will weaken. We'll have two more days where the beach temps will be in the mid 80s. Significant cooling is expected over the weekend with a return of night through morning low clouds and fog to coastal areas. Further cooling is expected Monday as a trough of low pressure approaches.
