Police are investigating after a Grover Beach man was reported missing.

According to his family, Paul Joseph Glowacki, 55, was last seen on December 7 at his workplace in Arroyo Grande. Police say that afternoon he told his co-workers that he had an emergency and needed to leave. He then got into the passenger seat of a dark-colored Honda Accord and left the area. Glowacki hasn't been in contact with his family since.

Police say he doesn't have any prior medical conditions. They say he didn't take any personal belongings before disappearing. Police are asking for the public's help in order to check on his welfare.

Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Glowacki is urged to call Detective Stephen Ball at the Grover Beach Police Department at 473-4511.
