A San Luis Obispo man was arrested early Friday after police say he broke into his neighbor's apartment for the second time.

Investigators say Connor Sullivan, 22, told police he used a key he found in the apartment's parking lot to get in and that he had done it before.

The woman who lives in the apartment in the 800 block of Boysen Street says she was asleep on a couch downstairs when she heard the door opening. She ran upstairs and called 911. Police arrived to find the door of the apartment open. They say Sullivan was downstairs and holding a laptop computer.

Police say property that Sullivan allegedly stole from the woman's apartment was located in Sullivan's apartment two doors away.
