Two new smart phone apps could help people get faster treatment if they're having a seizure or stroke.
The epilepsy app helps non-doctors determine if a person is having a seizure by asking a series of questions. It was 96 percent accurate in clinical trials.
The stroke app helps doctors improve the quality of care and doctor-patient communication. It is already used by medical staff at the University of Texas.
