    Charity golf tournament for Make a Wish Foundation

    Local golfers were out on the green Friday to raise money for the Make a Wish Foundation.

    The charity golf tournament at the Monarch Dunes Golf Course in Nipomo raised money to help grant wishes of six local children.

    Lompoc Fire Department holds promotion/graduation ceremony

    UPDATE: Missing man found safe

    Lompoc Police say a man reported missing earlier this week was found safe in Pismo Beach and has been reunited with his family.

    Police were looking for Blake Lewolt, 24, after he was last seen in Lompoc at the New Life Christian Centers Homeless Shelter on May 9th. There was concern for him because he takes several medications and has been diagnosed with schizophrenia.

    Police say Lewolt was found in good health.
