Q: Scotty recently was on a antiboctic for a dental infection. He needs a cleaning and maybe a tooth pulled, but my vet won't accept payments. I am a responisble pet owner, however I am on a limited income. I don't want to lose my pets due to lack of payment, however I need to find a vet that will accept payments... Please help me and Scotty... HELP!
A: I am sorry you are having trouble getting care for Scotty. We have several payment plans available and would be happy to talk to you about them.
Our preferred plan that is completely free to you gives you 6 months to pay off the bill with no interest. You do need to qualify on this one, but most of our clients qualify quite easily, especially with a cosigner. We have a back-up plan also available - we would run a background check that looks more at how good you have been about paying bills rather than what your income is, etc. There is a small fee for using this plan.
First step would be to come see us with copies of past records so we can get you an estimate for care and also help you to get set up on a pyament plan.
We are very excited to help little Scotty!
