Pewter Playhouse to hold auditions

After wrapping up it's latest production, the Pewter Plough Playhouse is casting for two men to play key parts in "The Odd Couple (Female Version)". It's a version of Neil Simon's most famous comedy, with a twist from a different perspective.

In this production, messy Olive and neat-freak Florence are the mismatched friends who, against all odds, try to live together.

The Pewter Playhouse is looking for two men to play the roles of a pair of outrageous, on-the-make brothers, who can speak with a Spanish accent and broken English and appear between the ages of 30-50.

Auditions on Sat, May 18, at 1pm; Mon, May 20, at 6:30pm; or on an alternate day/time if you can't make either audition. Rehearsals to begin in June. Performances are on weekends from July 19 thru Sept 1. Auditions at the Playhouse, 824 Main St, Cambria's WestVillage.

A Mileage Allowance is available, plus Comp tickets, Champagne Opening and Cast Closing parties. Contact Viv Goff, the director, at 927-0443, or click here.
