Pismo Beach City Council to discuss Spanish Springs development

The Pismo Beach City Council is meeting Tuesday night to vote on whether to approve or deny the planned expansion and development of Spanish Springs.
The meeting has been moved to the Veteran's Hall on Bello Street because many public speakers are expected.
It starts at 6:30 p.m.
