Police ask for help tracking down identity thief

Santa Barbara Police are looking for a man suspected of identity theft.
His image was captured on surveillance photos as he made more more than $5,600 in fraudulent bank withdrawals back in November.
The withdrawals were made at U.S. Bank branches in Santa Barbara and Westlake Village on November 28 and 29, 2012.
