Santa Maria Police on Monday morning arrested a man they say exposed himself to people in the city while wearing a "Nacho Libre" wrestling mask.
On January 29, officers received a report of a man wearing the mask and exposing himself to Pioneer Valley High School students as they walked to school.
Then, early Monday morning, officers received a similar report of a man exposing himself to people in the 900 block of Seneca Street. Police say they arrested Juan Mendoza, 30, of Santa Maria after a short foot pursuit. Investigators say Mendoza had a "Nacho Libre" mask at the time.
