The pre-preliminary hearing for the man charged with holding up a bank in Cambria at gun point is scheduled Tuesday.
Former Santa Barbara County Sheriff's Deputy, Bruce Valentine, 70, was arrested in connection with a robbery at a Rabobank in Cambria back in November.
A search warrant obtained by KSBY finds Valentine may have had a gambling problem, which led to the bank robbery.
The pre-preliminary hearing is scheduled to start around 8:30 a.m. Tuesday.
