Stenner Glen Student Housing management is offering a $5,000 reward for information that leads to an arrest and conviction after a fire was started in the student housing complex.
The San Luis Obispo City Fire Department has determined the cause of the fire to be arson after the blaze began in a locked room on March 9.
According to one of the owners of the apartment complex, Tim Kershner, there was water and smoke damage in four rooms of the apartment.
