RV fire victim identified

The San Luis Obispo County Coroner has identified the woman killed in an RV fire last night in Morro Bay as Karen Moreland, 73, of Morro Bay.
Firefighters were called to the Rancho Colina Mobile Home Park just after 6:30 Monday night and found smoke coming from inside a recreational vehicle.
When crews arrived, bystanders were using garden hoses to try to extinguish the fire.
A cat and dog were able to escape unharmed, but Moreland died at the scene.
Investigators say the fire started in the kitchen area of the RV.
They say two smoke alarms inside the RV were not working because they had no batteries.
