San Luis Obispo Police Department is investigating an armed robbery that happened Thursday night at Lexington Inn.
Police say they received a 911 call around 9:40 p.m. reporting a man wearing all black clothing and a black ski mask entered the lobby of the hotel and approached the front desk. The suspect pulled out a black semi-auto handgun and demanded money from the clerk.
The suspect then fled the scene with an unknown amount of money.
San Luis Obispo Police searched the area but were unable to locate the suspect.
The suspect is believed to be a white male in his early twenties, approximately 5'-10", 150 pounds with light brown eyebrows and dark circles under his eyes.
There were no injuries reported as a result of the robbery.
