Sandbags available in the Five Cities

The Five Cities Fire Authority said sandbags are available for some residents in Oceano, Arroyo Grande, and Grover Beach.
Residents in the unincorporated area of Arroyo Grande can go the Arroyo Grande Corporation Yard at 1375 Ash Street in Arroyo Grande to pick up some bags.
Grover Beach residents should go to the Grover Beach Corporation Yard at 1150 Farroll Road for their sandbags.
Oceano residents can pick up empty sandbags at the district office located at 1655 Front Street. Bags can be filled from piles behind the Sheriff's Office on 13th Street. The elderly can call 481-6730 for assistance.
