The Santa Barbara City Fire Department has a new tool to fight wildland fires.
The department unveiled a new fire engine Friday morning at a dedication ceremony.
Officials say the truck has four-wheel drive, so it can be driven in remote areas during brush fires.
The engine's home will be Station 307 in Santa Barbara.
Not only will it help fight fires in Santa Barbara County, it can also be sent to other areas during big fires.
