Santa Barbara Police looking for missing Autistic boy

Santa Barbara Police are looking for a missing autistic boy named Flavio Hernandez, age 13.

Police say he is missing from his home on West Carrillo Street. He was last seen early this morning at 1:00 a.m. At 4:00 a.m., a family member noticed him missing.

Foul play is not suspected; he is believed to have wandered away. Family members believe he is wearing a blue Mickey Mouse hoodie sweatshirt, dark pants, and sandals.

Police say he has wandered away before, but not during the night or during such cold weather. He may have gone downtown or to one of the local beaches.

Flavio Hernandez is described as: 5-8 height, 170 lbs., with brown hair and eyes. He normally takes the bus each day to La Cumbre Middle School. He has no money or cell phone.
