Santa Maria Police identify homicide victim

Santa Maria Police identified the man who's body was found inside a U-Haul truck on Tuesday.
Police say he Anthony Ibarra, 28, of Santa Maria.
Officers found Ibarra's body in the moving truck in front of a home on Los Padres Road in Orcutt on Tuesday morning.
They believe the victim is tied to a crime that occurred at a house on the corner of Donovan Road and Blosser Road on Monday afternoon in Santa Maria.
Three suspects were arrested in connection to this case: Ramon Maldonado, 37, Carmen Cardenas, 28, and Pedro Torres, 54, all of Santa Maria. They were booked into the Santa Barbara County Jail for conspiracy to commit murder.
