Santa Maria police identify murder victim

Santa Maria police identified the victim of Monday's homicide as 24-year-old Michel Raygoza Hernandez of Santa Maria.
Hernandez was found lying in the street in the 500-block of West Mill Street Monday evening. He later died at a local hospital.
Investigators have recovered a vehicle they believe was used in the drive by killing but have made no arrests.
