Seven San Luis Obispo players in FCA Classic

SAN LUIS OBISPO, Calif - We are just over one month away from the fourth annual FCA All Star Classic. In the past several weeks we have unveiled most of the Northern Santa Barbara County team, but today we get our first look at team San Luis Obispo County.

Today's roster unveiling took us to San Luis Obispo's French Hospital. There are seven San Luis Obispo high school players taking part in the classic. Quarterback Thomas Orradre, who threw for 707 yards this season, is among the headliners of the group.

"It's an honor to play in this all-star game with my teammates and the rest of the guys. I'm just looking forward to the challenge of beating the guys from down south and hopefully get a W," said Orradre.

Orradre is joined by offensive lineman David Marter as the only tiger offensive players on the roster. On the defensive side there is an array of talent among the group including defensive back Jonathan Edwards, linebacker Cole Bradley, linebacker Sawyer Scott, linebacker Brandon Cutler and defensive lineman Steve Howard.

"I'm pretty excited. I've been playing for ten years and to have one more chance to put on the pads and to play with a bunch of my friends and people i've never played with before," said Cutler.

Northern Santa Barbara County has won all three previous FCA classics. This year's game will take place on June 7, 2014 at War Memorial stadium in Paso Robles.

All proceeds from the event will go back to the participating schools.
