As if we didn't know. But it's always nice to be reminded. The Central Coast has been ranked as one of the best places to live in America. The latest rankings of nearly 2000 cities and metropolitan areas by Gallop and Healthways named both Paso Robles and San Luis Obispo 8th for overall well-being. Since they named both cities in one ranking, I say we can count all communities in-between and around them!
The 2013 rankings were based on more than a half-million interviews where people were asked about things like their emotional and physical health, job satisfaction, sense of community safety, access to food, shelter and health care. Provo, Utah ranked highest.
