Some exercise can be too much

Doctors say shoveling that snow-packed driveway may increase the risk of heart attack for some people.

Experts at New York Presbyterian Hospital say blood vessels narrow during cold weather to prevent our bodies from losing heat.

Combine narrowed vessels with vigorous shoveling, and you've got a recipe for heart trouble.

Experts suggest warming up before picking up the show shovel. They also suggest wearing a scarf over your mouth and nose to warm the air you breathe.
