H-TRUE VIEW 6 WEATHER

Temps cool this week and showers likely at the end

Temperatures will tumble a bit on Tuesday as onshore flow resumes along with the return of both marine and upper level clouds. A cold front is pushing into northern CA and will likely only nip the Central Coast, however the development of a significant marine layer will drop temps.

Low clouds could be dense overnight into early Tuesday.

Highs in Tuesday will likely only reach the low to mid 60s with breezy NW winds in the afternoon.

Clearing and slightly warmer temps for Wednesday before another and stronger cold front arrives later Thursday. Some showers are likely as the front comes through, however the system doesn't look to have much deep moisture. That said the dynamics are good and with the cold air aloft scattered t-storms are even possible Friday afternoon. Snow levels also drop significantly by Friday PM the snow levels could be as low as 3000ft, but again not much precip is expected. Likely under .25", however near convection the totals could be higher.

Stay tuned as details on the late week storm take shape.
