(KRIS) A Nueces County jury sided with the family of a man killed in a head on collision in a lawsuit against the Cabaret of Corpus Christi for $18.75 million.
The family also sued Pockets Billiards, but the bar settled out of court.
In June 2011, Jonathan Palacios went out drinking with his friends and split their time between the bars.
That night, he drove the wrong way down N.P.I.D. and crashed head-on into a car driven by Bryan Hernandez.
Both men died in the crash.
