Three people are behind bars after authorities served three high-risk narcotics and gang-related search warrants at Lompoc apartments.
The warrants were served Thursday around 4 a.m. in the 800 blocks of North F and G streets by members of the Lompoc Police Department's Gang and Narcotics Enforcement Team and the department's S.W.A.T. Team.
The Santa Barbara Regional Narcotics Enforcement team also assisted.
As a result of the investigation, authorities arrested Lompoc residents Joshua Michael Todek, 25, on suspicion of possessing a controlled substance; Doran Warner, 21, on suspicion of contributing to the delinquency of a minor, child endangerment, and unlawful sex with a minor; and Cristy Lynn Culligan, 23, on suspicion of possessing a controlled substance and child endangerment.
All three were booked into the Lompoc City Jail.
