Two arrested in connection to Lompoc gang shooting

Lompoc Police arrested two men on Thursday in connection to a gang-related shooting last December.

The shooting happened just before midnight on December 11, 2012 in the area of the 400 block of the North "L,M" alley.

A 15-year old boy was shot, but survived.

Alejandro Bermudez, 20, and Jaime Cervantes, 22, both of Lompoc, face charges of attempted murder, participation in a criminal street gang and criminal conspiracy.

They are expected to be arraigned early next week.
