As of 3:22 PM Tuesday, Santa Barbara County Fire officials say a fire just outside of Lompoc is no longer threatening structures in the area.
The fire started around 2:45 Tuesday afternoon on Cebada Canyon Road.
Five acres have burned.
Fire officials say there are power lines down in the area and the fire continues to spread at a moderate rate.
