The British are here, and they've brought with them one large aircraft.
You may have seen the 4-engine military plane, or felt its rumble as it takes off and lands at the San Luis Obispo Airport.
It's a Royal Air Force C-130 Hercules, and it's been landing and taking off two to three times a day since last Wednesday.
Members of the British Air Force are training at Fort Hunter Liggett in Monterey County and have chosen to stay in San Luis Obispo.
They say other nearby airports can't handle such a large plane or are too remote.
