You can blame your boss for a lot of things, but probably not cancer.

A new review of research finds no correlation between work-related stress and the development of various cancers.

The review included data from 12 studies involving 116,000 participants.

Although no definitive link between job stress and cancer was determined, experts say stressed-out people are more likely to smoke and eat poorly. Those are both cancer risk factors.

Data on cancer events were obtained from national cancer or death registries and hospital records.
