There aren't many goats that get news coverage for the kind of things Goatee does. First surfing, then being taken into custody for wandering where she shouldn't. Now for making bail.

the surf movies Groundsweel and Thicker Than Water will kick off the 4th Annual Wine Waves & Beyond Central Coast Longboard Surf Classic.
The four-day event begins with Surf Movie Night at the Fremont Theatre in downtown San Luis Obispo on Thursday, May 30 at 6:30pm.

It's almost time for Blues baseball and the San Luis Blues is kicking things off with a pre-season fundraiser Wednesday at Central Coast Brewing.
There is no entry fee to the event from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. but a portion of all sales during that time will be donated back to the Blues.

The first weekend in June will mark the 20th Anniversary of the Marianne Talley Memorial Fun Run. To commemorate, organizers are planning a whole day of activities on Sunday, June 2nd.
